About Our Firm
Put our 29 years in the industry to work for you! Our ideal client is someone who sees a need in the community and has the tenacity to try and meet that need. While they are driven by passion, that client understands that it takes a team effort to truly be impactful - that's where we come in. We are your team. We specialize in educating our start up clients on the corporate structure options available to them; coach them on becoming an effective nonprofit or social enterprise leader; and then we go to work in taking them from vision to business setup. When its time to raise the funds needed to pay for the vision, we are right there. Once the new organization is up an running, we will continue to be your partner to meet any fundraising challenges we can help you overcome - whether it is because of board apathy, donor fatigue, staffing short-falls or staff transitioning, or you just need more money to meet a greater community need. We employ only consultants who have amassed skills that come from a multi-faceted and focused work history. In addition, our firm is committed to staying ahead of the technology and regulatory curves that so often blindside nonprofits and social enterprises.
Whatever your nonprofit or social enterprise is facing, we guarantee to give a fresh perspective. It’s this insight, coupled with innovative, long-term solutions, that helps you meet and exceed the most aggressive organization goals and expectations.
Our work first began in 1987 with fundraising consulting in Washington, D.C. Today, we are a diverse group of experts bringing creative solutions to your nonprofit or your mission-driven for-profit. WE LOVE WORKING WITH PEOPLE WHO WANT TO SAVE THE WORLD. We do not offer assembly-line type services. We use proven tools but we offer those tools through a holistic approach. For example, all of our start-up 501c3 or L3C (social enterprise) clients must go through a 6-month vetting process with us that includes incorporating, receiving IRS designation and the development of a fundraising plan. We believe it is our duty to develop nonprofit and social enterprise leaders who ae equipped to run their new venture from a place of strength.
